Growth is often easier to see looking backward than looking forward.
During high school, you have changed in ways that probably felt gradual while they were happening.
Some changes were intentional.
Others happened because of experiences, challenges, responsibilities, and decisions you had to navigate.
This step is not about deciding exactly who you will become.
It is about noticing who you are becoming already.
