Step 7

Reviewing Your Academic Profile

Your transcript already tells part of the story.

The grades are there. The courses are there.

Pretending they don't exist usually creates more stress, not less.

This is not about judging yourself.

It's about looking honestly at where things stand.

Core Idea

Looking honestly at where things stand usually reduces stress more than avoiding it.

Your One Action

In the Academics section of your College Process Hub, write:

  • your current GPA (estimate is fine)

  • your most challenging class this year

No analysis yet. Just visibility.

Then complete: “The reason this class has challenged me most is ______.”

Optional Prompt: “What this class has tested most in me is ______.”

Deeper Reflection

Complete: “The class that challenged me most is ______.”
