What Activities Do Not Show
Applications include activities, roles, hours, and descriptions.
Those details matter.
But they do not tell the whole story.
They do not show what was difficult, what changed you, what frustrated you, or what you learned along the way.
Some of the most important parts of your experience are not visible in a list.
