Your One Action
Start your Reality Check Log.
Log into one college application portal. Check for:
submission confirmation
missing items
alerts
required documents
Stay on the main status page.
In your Reality Check Log, record:
the school
the update (or lack of update)
how you felt afterward
Then complete: “After checking my application status, I feel ______.”

numb
uncertain
calmer
frustrated
