Problems usually feel more manageable when they are addressed early. 


Waiting tends to increase stress, even when the original issue was small.

  • sleep

  • time management

  • organization

  • studying

  • missing work


Then write: one realistic action you could take within the next 24 hours.


Examples

  • email a teacher

  • review notes for 15 minutes

  • organize missing work

  • start an assignment earlier

  • set an earlier bedtime
