Step 34

Organizing What Future You Will Need

A surprising amount of senior-year stress comes from disorganization, not difficulty.

- Students lose passwords.

- Forget deadlines.

- Cannot find activity details.

- Wait until everything becomes urgent at the same time.

A small amount of organization now can save future you a lot of frustration.

Core Idea

Simple organization now prevents unnecessary stress later.

Your One Action

Create a folder titled: Future Me Folder.

Inside it, begin adding:

  • activities list

  • testing information

  • college notes

  • passwords/login information

  • résumé or experience notes

  • deadlines

  • spreadsheets

  • recommendation information

The goal is not perfection. The goal is starting one organized place. Keep this folder. It may save you time and stress during senior year.
