Insight is a clear starting point for understanding how a student is experiencing school right now.
 
Rather than evaluating performance or predicting outcomes, Insight explains patterns in motivation, stress, learning, and follow-through using the student’s own responses. It provides two companion reports — one written for the student and one for caregivers — so understanding can be shared without pressure or misinterpretation.
 
Insight is designed to support conversation and alignment. It does not ask students to change who they are or families to “fix” anything. It offers clarity that helps next steps feel more grounded and manageable.

What Insight Is Not

How to Use Insight Well

The student reads their report first, privately
Parents read their report separately
Conversations focus on language from the reports, not conclusions
 
These reports are intended to be read separately before being discussed together. The goal is alignment, not agreement.
