Noticing What Drains Your Energy

Not every environment affects you the same way. 


Some situations leave you feeling focused, motivated, or mentally awake. 


Others leave you drained, even if you perform well on the surface. 


That difference is important to take note of.

Write down: one thing you wish you could remove from your life for a month.


Then complete: “What makes this draining is ______.”


Possible causes:

  • constant rushing

  • pressure

  • conflict

  • lack of interest

  • overstimulation

  • comparison

  • too little independence

  • unclear expectations

  • too many commitments
