Step 20

Paying Attention to How You Show Up

As sophomore year continues, people begin noticing patterns.

Teachers, coaches, classmates, and mentors slowly form impressions based on how you participate, communicate, respond to stress, and follow through over time.

This is not about performing or trying to seem impressive.

It is about recognizing that small behaviors accumulate.

Core Idea

People usually remember repeated patterns more than isolated moments.
