Step 35

Connecting Patterns You Are Starting to Notice

By now, you have already collected a lot of information about yourself.

Through classes, activities, relationships, stress, routines, and responsibilities, patterns are probably starting to appear - even if you do not have everything figured out yet.

Self-awareness usually develops gradually.

Core Idea

Patterns often teach you more about yourself than isolated moments do.

Your One Action

Start your Pattern File.

Write:

  • one environment where you usually feel energized

  • one responsibility you tend to handle well

  • one situation that tends to drain or frustrate you

Then complete: “One connection or pattern I notice between these answers is ______.”

Optional prompt: “I seem to function best when ______.”

Optional Prompt Answer
