Step 39

Thinking About Summer More Intentionally

Summer does not need to become a productivity competition.

You do not need every week planned perfectly.

At the same time, summer can become more meaningful when you approach it with at least some intention instead of drifting through it automatically.

Core Idea

A healthy summer usually includes both recovery and growth.

Your One Action

Start your Summer Balance Map.

Write one idea for each category:

  1. Rest

  2. Responsibility

  3. Exploration or Growth

Examples:

  • sleep more consistently

  • work or volunteer

  • learn a skill

  • visit a college

  • spend more time outside

  • reconnect socially

  • explore a curiosity

Then circle: “The category I probably need most right now is ______.”
