Step 33

Organizing What You Have Learned About Yourself

Freshman year gives you a lot of information about:

  • what environments help you focus

  • what stresses you out

  • what routines help

  • what activities feel meaningful

  • what kinds of people affect you positively

  • how you respond to pressure

Most students experience these things without slowing down enough to organize what they are noticing.

Core Idea

Self-awareness becomes more useful when you recognize your patterns clearly.
